Details

In-home monitoring without the landline phone. Communicate via a central base station that plugs into an electrical outlet. It operates on the AT&T nationwide wireless network, so there is no need for a landline phone, and existing cell phone service is not required. A waterproof help button is included, and a second button can be added for use by a second person or as a backup for only $5/month.

Worried about falls? Upgrade to our fall detection button for only $10/month additional. When a fall is detected, an alert call is automatically placed to our emergency call center. Although we think our fall detection technology is some of the best on the market, no fall detection is 100% infallible, so if you are able, we always advise you to press your button.

Add a lockbox to your order for just $2/month - in the event of an emergency, friends, family members or EMTs can get quick access to your home, getting you the help you need quickly, without having to break open a door.

Great Service
We use One call alert because my mother in law raves about hers. Both my husband and I travel so we wanted one in case of emergencies when one of us is gone. It has been a great peace of mind since we have 2 little girls and I don't have to worry when either one of us is out of town. One call alert's service has been great, they have helped me anytime my husband or I have questions!

Long time Customer
I signed up for service in 2014, when I felt my mom needed additional assistance. I knew somebody that already had a button, and then I found a brochure for One Call Alert. I called in and was impressed with their professionalism. Customer service was friendly & they explained everything. I spoke with my mom about it first, and she agreed to use the system. I called back and once again customer service was very helpful and I ordered a system. The system arrived quickly and set up was easy. My mom had to use a couple of times after activation so I'm glad I had got her set up. It gives her piece of mind and it makes me very comfortable to know she is wearing it. Anytime she feels bad, she knows to press her button. She has congestive heart failure, it's a comfort to both me and my sister for her to have this system. I'm so appreciative of Ricardo(customer service agent) checking on things and being so helpful. It's nice to know that someone over the phone can be so helpful. I really appreciate this service.

Peace of mind
One Call Alert has been a god-send to our family. My dad is 90 years of age and my mom is 81. The peace of mind this service provides is priceless. The times that we have contacted One Call Allert their personell have been very attentive and professional.
